The candidate will report directly to the SVP and Group Counsel for Commercial Solutions. Will assist the Group Counsel in advising and rendering opinions to management with respect to the legal implications of proposed actions. Provide a variety of general corporate and commercial legal services to a number of in-house clients. Work with representatives from various departments on developing and modifying practices and procedures to conform to legal requirements. Draft, review, and revise a variety of instruments involving the company's interests or the interests of customers. May represent the company in litigation. Keep informed on all legislation affecting company operations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
