A client of ours in the HVAC industry located in Lexington KY is seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher for their fast-paced office. This position is responsible for dispatching and giving directions to 7 technicians in the field. Due to the nature of the business, they are very busy 6-7 months out of the year and they need someone who can adapt well to the change in business volume. During the busy months this position will make/field 100-120 calls per day. During the slower months this position will make/field 20-30 calls per day. This position requires someone who can multi-task well, has great organizational skills, can adapt well to change, and handles stressful situations with ease. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity.
Working hours: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm
