The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the the case process.
Including:
Initial client intake, contract preparation, file creation and entry into contact management software (Clio).
Drafting petitions and motions for every aspect of family law including Divorce, Custody, Timesharing, Child Support, Termination of Parental Rights, Adoptions and Dependency, Neglect and Abuse filings.
Calendar and docket management - coordinating, monitoring, scheduling and managing motion dates, discovery deadlines, mediations, hearings, client follow-up, and pretrial compliance.
In addition we are looking for a team oriented person that can handle the diverse array of individuals we have as clients and as teammates.
We are willing to train and develop the right candidate.
