Job Description:
The Restaurant Field Training Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery and implementation of effective training systems.
The Restaurant Field Training Manager will support the restaurants through the development of Manager training locations and supporting the training and development of team members and managers.
Ensuring the highest levels of training standards, implementing training and development programs, and establishing annual goals for training restaurants will be a part of the Restaurant Field Training Managers duties.
The Restaurant Field Training Manager will also provide feedback and follow up for training meetings and programs in development.
As the Restaurant Field Training Manager, youll be required to live within your assigned area of supervision.
This position does require travel 60-80% of the time, primarily driving on the road between locations.
The Restaurant Field Training Manager will serve as a brand ambassador for the company and represent our values by acting as a role model to all our team members.

Qualifications:
