Overview:
The Director, Pharmacy Business Support serves as the primary finance point of contact for pharmacy operations, providing direct and proactive support with budget development, operational performance analyses, strategic financial analyses and business case/capital proforma development.
This position reports to ARH Finance leadership but has accountabilities to the operations leaders within Pharmacy and/or other assigned entities (inclusive of, but not limited to regional CMOs, CEOs and other operations leadership as well as the ARH executive team).
It is general practice that the Regional Finance Director has assignments that are more complex and/or higher volume, serving complex markets, facilities and departments while being a liaison to other finance related subject matter experts (accounting, payor contracting, supply chain, etc.
).
The Director, Pharmacy Business Support serves as finance leader, consultant, educator, liaison and represents finance at meetings or on teams and multi-disciplinary committees.
Individuals in this role must be able to effectively analyze, prioritize and communicate while providing guidance and education to other staff members regarding complex financial matters.
Responsibilities:
Advanced understanding of accounting, including the unique accounting practices of health care Ability to assemble managerial financial reports and proformas from multiple sources consistent with and reconciled to audited financial statements and officially released documents Ability to analyze data, draw and summarize significant conclusions and provide appropriate level of thoughtful observation and recommendations via presentation to enterprise leadership Ability to communicate clearly with leadership, internal and external customers to understand incoming requests, and be able to translate and draw on the appropriate data sources to ultimately provide useful, relevant insights and conclusions Basic understanding of patient care operations, including the complexities of the pharmacy, various designations, markets, ambulatory clinics and related entities Proficiency in analyzing and explaining financial outcomes, explaining the operational rate and volume drivers of results and outcomes Capable of clearly communicating and presenting information formally and informally to staff and senior leaders Ability to form constructive working relationships with various stakeholders, customers, colleagues, and supervisors Capacity to work in a highly matrixed organization while managing multiple projects and data requests concurrently while achieving deadlines Creativity to address unprecedented circumstances, access multiple data sources, and discover ways to improve existing processes and Demonstrate continued willingness to learn, while developing business acumen to achieve ongoing growth within the position and within the organization
Qualifications:
Education Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited college or university is required; MHA, MBA or equivalent experience preferred Minimum Work Experience 5 years functional experience providing financial analysis of health care operations required Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Strong data analytics, interpersonal communication, collaboration, problem solving, organizational, presentation, training, excellent follow through and prioritization skills.
Advanced knowledge of common analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau; experience with Axiom Decision Support Suite desirable; project management experience preferred Recommended Skills Analytical Assembly And Installation Commercial Awareness Communication Creativity Curiosity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
