The current opening is for a Maintenance Supervisor. Main duties include:
Manage, develop, and train approximately 25 associates in the maintenance department
Provide overall direction regarding training/development in the department
Assign work, schedule manpower
Ensure equipment is running properly, reduce or eliminate production delays and downtime
Assist with preventive/predictive maintenance
Assist with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications include:
A.S. degree in a technical preferred, but not required in lieu of relevant work experience
Minimum of 5
years of experience in a similar function
Hands-on problem-solving ability, floor-present leader
Prior work experience training and developing others
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
