Underground Mine Production Boss
As of the middle of the beginning of April 2015, this is a red HOT job.
I'll keep this real simple. This is what we're looking for:
15
years of experience in UNDERGROUND mines.
Hopefully be local to central/eastern KY. Or can relocate.
Be a strong, independent, dependable manager who doesn't need anything but minimal help from above.
Have a strong personality, but also have soft skills as well, knowing how to effectively manage some rough folks under you.
Have at least 5 years of mine production management experience (in underground mines)
Relo assistance is offered for the right person.
SALARY: High 5 figures plus great benefits. $80,000 - $100,000. ANDthere's a potential bonus of maybe 10- 17%.
LOCATION: Not in Lexington. It's in north eastern KY. A lovely place to live.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
