Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years experience in automotive tier one assembly line preferred
Extensive experience of knowledge of lean manufacturing excellence
3 years of managerial experience
MBA Preferred
Strong background in operations and quality
Ability to develop, execute and achieve tactical and strategic initiatives through active leadership that positively impact business plans, operating profits, practices, policies and procedures
Responsibility:
Provide strategic direction for related operations activities the facility has, oversees and assists in the development of planning
Develop and execute strategies for increased customer satisfaction, safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost
Ensure that financial productivity and plant/product transition projects are successfully implemented
Drive culture change, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset throughout the operational team
Oversee and promote effective Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and practices, ensuring that high standards of site safety are established, met, and that production floor is maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards and fiscal considerations
Establish and implement standard manufacturing practices
Integrate key elements to improve cycle time
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
