Job Summary The Assistant Procurement Card Administrator is responsible for actively marketing and enrolling suppliers in the University's preferred payment method, Payment Plus.
They will also manage the e-payables process including paying suppliers that have opted for payment by a Procurement Card Push process.
Additionally, they are responsible for managing an active supplier data base, focusing on supplier retention and negotiating payment settlements and addressing issues and concerns from suppliers.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities The ideal candidate should possess excellent marketing skills along with interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Accounting along with Excel, Word and general Technical Skills.
