00 Sign on Bonus The Key Assets Children in Community Care (CCC) Program provides a continuum of care for youth and young adults through their innovative residential treatment group home program.
Youth who live in Key Assets group homes have complex needs that require an intensive, therapeutic placement option.
Group home residences enable youth to live more independently with staff support.
All group homes are located in residential neighborhoods allowing the opportunity for community living.
A BCBA at Key Assets:
Works within an integrated multidisciplinary team to monitor and evaluate the youth's progress towards their treatment goals and make treatment decisions accordingly.
Provides therapy services to clients to address identified treatment goals and objectives.
Conducts assessments including functional behavioral assessments and develops behavior support plans.
Monitors and evaluates behavior support plans.
Provides oversight and supervision of ABA services.
Completes all treatment related documentation to support medical necessity, outcome-based measurement, and diagnosis.
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field required.
Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
