The BCBA will implement ABA programs, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Paraprofessional, and train parents and caregivers while promoting a superior commitment to high levels of implementation fidelity.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Conducts and summarizes functional assessment of challenging behavior Designs, implements, and evaluates behavior support plans and master treatment plans Develops and implements data collection systems for both acquisition and deceleration target behaviors Conducts direct sessions with all clients on caseload to evaluate all behavior change procedures Conducts training of primary therapists, secondary therapists, parents, and other caregivers REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
Must be or eligible for a License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) A history of work with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families is essential.
Specific training/experience in developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred.
A history of supervising the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions is preferred.
Must meet the physical requirements of the position, to include lifting of clients, packages, or equipment, and accessing the premises.
Should enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team approach to develop and implement client treatment plans.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to maintain records, prepare reports and reliably develop timely correspondence related to work.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
