Provide receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union procedures and policies.
Evaluate and anticipate member's additional needs and provide direction to other areas of interest within the Credit Union.
Cross sell all products and services.
Play a vital role in meeting department and all Credit Union goals.
Receive share drafts/checks and cash for deposit or payment.
Verify identity, examine share drafts/checks for validity and proper endorsement, and enter accurate deposits into member accounts.
Place proper holds per policy and procedures.
Promote and explain other credit union products and services such as consumer loan specials, e-statements, e-notices, deposit accounts, and any other special promotions available to achieve cross sell goals.
Operate and maintain coin counter; empty and move up to 50 pounds of coin.
Answer phones promptly and with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Ensure confidentiality at all times.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
