The PACE Center Registered Nurse performs all activities related to registered nurse services to achieve program goals and/or contracted service requirements at the PACE Center and the participant's home.
Manages complex clinical situations for which he/she is responsible.
Qualifications:
Is a graduate of an accredited school of professional (registered) nursing.
Is currently licensed as RN through the State Board of Nursing.
Must have at least one year of experience working with the frail and elderly.
Food handling permit, to be completed upon hire.
Skilled in nursing practice, able to cope with family emotional stress and tolerant of individual lifestyles.
Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
Have satisfactory references from nursing school, previous (or current) employers and/or professional peers.
Have excellent observation skills, good nursing judgment and communication skills.
Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation and has ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
Must comply with requirements of other facilities (hospitals, LTC facilities, etc.
) related to flu or other vaccines if job duties require providing services in those facilities.
Employees will be expected to comply with Bluegrass Care Navigators Employee Health, infectious disease, and vaccination policies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
