Job Summary Regarding work location, this is a hybrid position requiring both remote work and occasional on-campus days to be determined upon hire.
The Open Records Assistant provides primary support for the Director of Open Records.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
receiving and responding to open records requests; communicating with departments to gather documentation; drafting responses to subpoenas; drafting and finalizing committee assignment letters; and maintaining Office of Legal Counsel website (updating employment contracts) to provide to the general public.
Paralegal degree or certification is preferred.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Word, Excel, Share Point, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Professional, SAP, multi-line phone system.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Paralegal degree or certification is preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
