Summary:
The Exterior Services Manager is responsible for maintaining the company's front-facing image and ensuring the first impression has positive, long-lasting effects on the community.

Groundskeepers Duties/
Responsibilities:
Exterior upkeep of common area grounds for all Residential and Commercial properties Upkeep and management of exterior amenities in all Residential properties Compliance management as it relates to exterior grounds in both developed and undeveloped areas Seasonal safety, preparation, and response to weather impacts on all common areas Contract management for outsourced services as they relate to exterior upkeep and safety Liaison between Resident Services and Property Management/local municipalities to ensure a great experience for our residents Team management Training Accountability Professional development Ability to perform duties in accordance with Safety and OSHA requirements Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills Excellent organizational and computer skills Clean and neat in appearance Ability to learn and utilize company provided software to manage division Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture preferred 2-4 years of previous experience running an exterior services crew Working knowledge of pools preferred Working knowledge of contract negotiation and ability to supervise subcontractors preferred Working knowledge and ability to grow in position to include land and wetland management Physical Requirements:
Physically able to lift up to 80 pounds at times Physically able to be on feet most of the day with prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, etc.
Must have adequate sight and hearing to properly interpret and complete record keeping and communicate with residents and coworkers Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
