Oversee and administer all personnel decisions; including hiring, firing, disciplinary and motivational tasks.
Directly involved in all training activities; including New Hire Orientation and field work inside a client's home.
Provide high level customer service and oversee customer satisfaction throughout the Office Location.
Provide direct sales support via telephone, email, and face to face interactions.
Report, distribute and monitor all Team Member compensation.
Collect, invoice, receive and deposit personal checks, cash and/or credit card payments.
Ensure quality control of all Team Members; including house cleanings and office functions.
Storage and organization of all Customer and Team Member records.
Monitor and manage cleaning equipment/supplies and office equipment/supplies.
Provide on the ground marketing support involving direct contact with the local community.

Standard work hours are Monday-Friday 7:

Must provide your own dependable transportation, with valid insurance.
Successfully pass a nationwide criminal background check and drug screen.
Initial salary starts between $35,000 - $40,000 plus potential bonuses Unlimited income potential that will be based on revenue and profit growth.
