Job Summary Under the direct supervision of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing services for a 24/7 call center that monitors daily work order flow.
The dispatcher will enter maintenance, custodial and other types of requests in SAP as well as reporting tools to other departments.
The dispatcher is responsible for key security and management while on shift.
This position may be required to work weekends, holidays, and university closures ( TBD ), and other shifts when needed.
This position is absolutely critical to achieving the department's Work Order and Communications mission.
The Control Room Operator is the primary agent in the execution of our department's responsibilities.
