The pay rate for this job is $18 / hour What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Associate:
Basic maintenance of campus apartment complex Refresh units by patching, painting, and fixing holes Restoring door locks and key systems Repair and maintain all home appliances Trim, mow, and plant common areas Maintain pool water as needed Keep grounds and common areas clean Available shifts:

1st Shift (Day) Job requirements:
Minimum one of year general maintenance work preferred Lift up to 50lbs and ability to team lift Able to use common landscaping equipment, power washers, and common hand tools Read and comprehend written and verbal instructions Background check and drug screening required Ready to take control of the way you work?
