International Business Manager

Job Description The International Business Manager will be responsible for facilitating daily business operations of the company's international business activities, participating in the development and execution of international business strategies, including market analysis, market development, customer acquisition and retention, and value chain development.
International travel will be required to support the company's international subsidiaries, partners, and customers, as well as some domestic travel.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesoAssist with the development and execution of international business strategies:
oDevelop strategic plans and initiatives to expand the company's footprint in targeted regions.
oIdentify and evaluate market opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends in international markets.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of international business objectives with overall company goals.
oMarket expansion and business development:
oConduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market potential, strategies for entry, barriers to entry, and competitive landscapes.
oParticipate in business development efforts, including business strategy and oversight, market and operational strategies, and value chain development.
oManage international sales and operations:
oAssist with the development and execution of effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
oSupport international sales teams, partners, and distributors.
oOversee international operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.
oWork with the corporate marketing team and international business unit teams to assist with the planning of and manage international marketing campaigns, press releases, and tradeshows.
oMonitor market trends and competitive landscape:
oStay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in international markets.
oConduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
oProvide regular reports and updates on market intelligence, sales performance, and business development activities to senior management.
oUp to 30% travel outside of the CONUS is required.
RequirementsoBachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Marketing.

years of experience in business development, business management, or international operations.
oStrong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
oAbility to develop, follow, and manage business processes.
oExcellent oral and written communication skills.
oHighly organized and detail-oriented.
oStrong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
oAbility to be effective while working independently and/or remotely.
oExperience with international travel in a work capacity is a plus.
oInternational and domestic travel up to 40%.
