Job Summary The Director for Strategic Admissions will work directly with the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and other Undergraduate Admissions leadership on all matters pertaining to the development of UK policy regarding programs including BCTC Blue+, dual enrollment, summer bridge opportunities, and other strategic programs.
This position will provide supervision and leadership to professional transfer advising and equivalency staff within the department of Undergraduate Admissions, and also cultivate relationships with internal and external partners including the P-12 community, KCTCS , and UK transfer advisors.
Ultimately, this position will Initiate and maintain effective strategic partnerships that will strengthen campus-wide student success initiatives.
