20 Job Summary The Pigman College of Engineering Career and Co-op Center is seeking a Career Development Events Coordinator to assist the Career and Co-op Center staff with event programming and coordination.
This individual will assist with critical tasks related to a number of large and small events throughout the school year, including two large career fairs.
Responsibilities will include working with Gatton Student Center event staff for reservations and logistics, EMS reservations, working with catering services, and completing purchase requests and other internal requisition forms.
Other duties as assigned will include Center data collection assistance and working with Handshake career management system for event creation, event payment submissions, and job posting approvals.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Attention to detail; ability to work independently on tasks; quick learner; good customer service skills, organization; working knowledge of Microsoft excel; event/program planning experience preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
