You will provide students with knowledge and instruction while inspiring an interest in STEM, Sports, and Hobbies.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging students with an ability to enthusiastically reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust.
They will know how to organize a class, follow our lesson designs, and make learning easy and meaningful.
Requirements Class meets between 3-5 pm (1-4x week) Include in your resume any extracurricular interests Responsibilities Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and using the visual/audio programs we have created to facilitate learning Provide instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.
) Communicate class observations to VineyardAppCamp (VAC) team and problem-solve for ways to improve the curriculum for your students.
Skills Experience as a teacher, tutor, camp counselor, student instructor Knowledge of teaching best practices and willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures Strong Communicability and interpersonal skills Well-organized and committed Creative and energetic Strong moral values and discipline Background-check required Job Types:
