Summary:
Bullard is seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role is designed to accelerate the growth of exceptionally creative problem solvers into the next generation of global product leaders.
As a Product Specialist, you will work with one or more global product managers to capture compelling market value with Bullard solutions.
You will be a subject matter expert for one or more product categories, responsible for understanding features, benefits, and applications.
You will capture and analyze both product data and market intelligence to help drive decision making.
Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the sales team, driving product adoption, and exceeding customer expectations.

Product Expertise:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, including technical specifications, use cases, and unique selling propositions.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge, conduct product demonstrations, and participate in sales meetings with potential clients.
Training and Education:
Design and deliver product training sessions for internal teams, distributors, and customers to enhance their understanding of product capabilities.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings through continuous market research and feedback collection.
Product Launch:
Assist in planning and executing successful product launches, including developing marketing collateral, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering team to provide customer insights, feedback, and recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance and identify areas for growth.
Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
Conduct product demonstrations at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites to showcase product capabilities effectively.
Product Documentation:
Create and maintain clear and concise product documentation, user manuals, and other technical materials.
Skills required:
