Shift This position is night shift with rotating weekends and holidays.
Job Summary This position is responsible for night shift operations in the Chandler Core Lab and ED Sat Lab and is an hourly paid supervisor position working on the bench at least fifty percent of the time.
The candidate must have experience in managing technical quality control and is skilled at troubleshooting.
This individual will interview/hire staff, manage schedules/payroll and is responsible for employee performance, including training, competency, and disciplinary actions.
Strong communication skills are a must to maintain effective working relationships with staff, pathologists, nursing, and administration.
This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Core Lab.
