Job Summary Charged with maintaining and promoting a positive relationship with the referral base for the UK Neurosurgery Department, the Intake Coordinator serves as a critical liaison between referring providers and the providers within UK Neurosurgery to ensure timely appointments and exchange of information necessary for patient care.
The position will be primarily responsible for supporting the incoming referral line for the department of neurosurgery, uploading and transcribing referral orders into EPIC, sorting information and communications into the appropriate neurosurgical service line, and obtaining imaging and all other necessary documentation from external service providers.
This is a hybrid position (80%
remote) and the shift hours can be flexible, so candidates with a proven work ethic and sense of personal responsibility are highly preferred.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Microsoft Office Suite, organization skills, leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor's degree and three years experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
