Shortened Saturday shift available ( Work 6 hours, but get paid for 8! ) with additional compensation Strong medical, dental, and vision insurance after the first full month of employment, including a monthly spending account for wellness 100% company match, up to 4% of your pay and eligibility to join our 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment Vacation/PTO All new employees will accrue 13 days of PTO their first 12 months ASE Certifications ($100 bonus for each active ASE certification held) California Property & Casualty Adjuster License (Incentive pay offered for this license) Equipment for a remote working environment High levels of autonomy and responsibility Work with a small team that makes a huge impact What Youll Do:
Answer phones in a courteous and efficient manner Review contract coverage terms and conditions Review inspection reports Provide excellent customer service to every contract holder Adjudicate claims in a cost-effective manner Enter claims and estimates information into computer claims systems Document files to include all key activities regarding estimates, repairs and evaluation summary reflecting and revisions Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct Provide accurate, courteous and timely information to all external and internal customers concerning claim status and other claim inquires Conduct and coordinate loss investigations on all claims Recommend further action on claims exceeding authority limits Review coverage questions and work with supervisor and claim management for approval May aide in the training and mentoring of new employees Other duties may be assigned What You Need To Bring:
Strong understanding of how a vehicle operates mechanically Knowledge of automotive parts Experience in automotive industry Basic Microsoft Office 365 experience Basis Internet search engine experience Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format Excellent customer service skills, and ability to effectively manage a customer phone call Strong multitasking skills Must be able to pass both a Computer and Typing Skills Assessment Hard wired (not Wi-Fi) high speed internet 50 MBPS download/6 MBPS upload This position is 100% remote but must reside in one of the states listed below(Please do not apply unless you reside in one of these states as your application will not be considered):
