depending on lunch preference Job Summary The main responsibilities of the HR Informatics Consultant are to design and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to support initiatives and projects throughout HR and the university.
This position provides data and analytical functions in support of decision making and human capital strategies while ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines.
This role is designed to be the first line of support for ad hoc report requests and will have the expertise to modify existing reports as needed to complete or update requests.
The person in this role would also provide additional assistance with tool testing, maintenance and development as able and needed.
This position requires ensuring work is detailed, accurate, and completed in a timely manner; maintaining confidentiality; prioritizing and managing work effectively; communicating effectively; working successfully with a team, as well as independently; building positive working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds; and interacting with individuals from various levels throughout the university.
This position has been approved to work remotely through fiscal year 2024 but will need to be available to attend in-person meetings as needed.
