Qualifications:
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach Excellent oral and written communications skills Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office Inside sales experience Basic mathematical skills Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Responsibilities:
Support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling, referring customers, and lead follow up Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Field and send written business correspondence Skill sets served include but are not limited to transactional accounting, finance, administration, and operations (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Billing, Collections, Administrative Support, Marketing, Sales and Human Resources) Conduct prospecting activities including phone/email outreach, client visits, and other methods Actively develop and maintain a target account list Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment Relationship Building:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
