Excellent Nocturnist NP/PA Opportunity in Lexington, KY. Position Highlights:
We welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in a semi-open ICU with 24-hour intensivist coverage. Our providers are welcome to perform procedures consistent with their privileges, but procedures are not a requirement. We have team huddles at least three times a week and a monthly all-staff meeting to connect about the practice, hospital-related topics, and developments within the company. We have monthly educational CME meetings and hospital-wide hospital medicine committee meetings. Hospitalist APPs independently manage pre-op patients in a clinic setting with support staff and available supervising physicians. Most of us like to spend time with our families or outdoors, so a flexible schedule is available, and we cover for each other when we re out.
