Must have a minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction project management experience.
Must be detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be capable of preparing and reviewing project documents, submittals, RFI's, Change Orders and pay applications.
Must be able to prepare schedules/budgets and maintain them through closeout of project.
Must have ability to work with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and all office and field team members.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a quality product.
Estimating skills are desirable.
Must be computer literate with knowledge in MS Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe.
