Die Quality Technician (ATOS operator) Duties:
Operating CMM Operating Atos Scanners Operating Vectoron Generating reports and color maps using Polyworks and WinCMM Modification of checking fixtures Perform measurements of stamping dies, identify gaps to target.
Perform measurements of stamping g panels and sub-assemblies to determine statistical stamped panel quality for accuracy and formability.
Perform measurements for PxP and nominal fit vehicle analysis, including digital PxP.
Uses technical expertise to analyze measurement data and make appropriate recommendations to Stamping engineering group ARGUS and understanding of FLD and sheet metal formability analysis Die Quality Technician (ATOS operator)Requirements:
Must have experience with Polyworks (ideally 2 years) Must have experience with Light Scanning (White / Blue / Red), (Ideally 1 year of ATOS experience) Must have experience operating a CMM (Bridge, Vectoron, Faro Etc.
) Die Quality Technician (ATOS operator) Bonus if you have:
Automotive / Manufacturing experience Stamping Die functionality knowledge Experience with PC-DMIS Experience in quality or measurement role (ideally 2 years) Knowledge of Measurement theory and execution Knowledge of Material formability and analysis Able to complete Root cause analysis & c/m determination Job Type:
