Manage, develop, and train approximately 25 associates in the maintenance department Provide overall direction regarding training/development in the department Assign work, schedule manpower Ensure equipment is running properly, reduce or eliminate production delays and downtime Assist with preventive/predictive maintenance Assist with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications include:

degree in a technical preferred, but not required in lieu of relevant work experience Minimum of 5
