Quality Manager - $95-$110k

This position will lead a team of three quality professionals; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement an overall strategy and plan for the Quality Department to exceed customer expectations. Champion quality programs that drive excellence and innovation. Assess and develop ongoing training programs to enhance the skill levels of the quality department. Drive continuous improvement efforts to address nonconforming product issues and develop effective countermeasures. Provide leadership for the plant's Quality Control System, including QMS documentation control. Serve as the EMS coordinator for the facility and lead new product and process quality assurance initiatives. Highlighted Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality within the automotive manufacturing industry Must have TS 16949 training 3
years of supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Previous experience in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) preferred. Must have knowledge of quality tools such as:
