Expanding retail food service/c-store operator had immediate need for an experienced Region
manager
to oversee local territory. Must have successful track record leading multiple stores, ensuring district-wide customer satisfaction and measuring the financial performance of all the locations in your area. Responsible for implementing company programs by motivating and supporting the store management team within the district to develop and implement action plans that meet corporate objectives. Monitors and manages district-wide management staffing levels. Ensures management-level partner development and talent acquisition in order to achieve and maintain district operational requirements. Identifies, plans, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of operations within the district. Demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability and growth margin improvement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5
years experience as a District/Regional Manager in a food service, hospitality, C-store, quick-serve restaurant or retail operation. Must have proven track record of staff development for promotion, proven ability to increase sales, gross margin improvement and profitability. In-depth knowledge of P&L and a commitment to excellence and passion for building teams and growing a successful business is required. A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory to be considered for this
position
. Relocation package is available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
