Provide overall leadership for HDI program evaluation. Work with HDI staff and external state and local agencies to design and implement state and federal evaluation grants and contracts. Refine, manage, and supervise HDI internal performance measurement and reporting system. Provide professional development and technical assistance on evaluation design and data issues to staff. Supervise research assistants, evaluation staff, and evaluation consultants as appropriate. Manage budgets and contracts.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Evaluation, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, interviewing, survey development, conducting focus groups, performance measurement, supervision, reporting, planning and organizing, judgment, leadership, initiative, teamwork, proposal development, negotiation skills. Experience with SPSS and/or SAS, Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Education / Experience
Doctorate in Education, Psychology, Special Education, Social Sciences ,or related field. Seven years related experience in disability programs and/or research and evaluation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
