Job Description
The chosen candidate's responsibilities will include: Primarily responsible for creation and utilization of metrics of manufacturing and administrative space, development and maintenance of facility layouts, and input and management of space allocation within the Facilities work order and space management application. Candidate will also provide support for: relocation of operations from existing facilities to new facilities at Bluegrass Station, and development of conceptual drawings for facility upgrades, renovations, and new buildings.
Basic Qualifications
Prior experience working in a Facilities organization
Expert use of RIVET and AutoCAD
In-depth knowledge of the Archibus application
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired skills
Experience working in a dynamic environment
Experience with requirements definition
