Major international trading firm is seeking a full-time Account Executive for their office in Lexington, KY
Duties include:
- Control inventory (manage customer demands with supplier schedules to avoid shortages)
- Assist other departments with Accounting and Quality issues when needed
- Place orders to multiple suppliers
- Accurately price supplies and parts to customers using supplier quotes
- Create budgets more expected gross profit and sales
- Coordinate import/export shipments
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English/Japanese language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Experience with J.D Edwards software
- Excellent organizational skills
