Job
Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of office staff. Prepares work schedules and expedites work flow. Responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the office/clinic. Keeps the physician(s) informed of both progress and potential problems. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery. Monitors billing, collections, insurance payments, accounts payable.

Qualifications
Education (Including Certification/Licensure): Current State Registered Nurse Licensure; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of three years management/supervisory experience preferably in a medical setting. Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors.
Skills: Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrates interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development. Basic computer knowledge. Demonstrates leadership abilities.
License/Certification :
None required.
