The overall goal for this position is to create innovative marketing strategies, and to develop & manage marketing programs that help strengthen our market presence and reach current marketing goals and objectives.
The incumbent must have a strong marketing background and be an effective marketing advisor and advocate for all CLARK brand recognition and enhancement. Position will also be a key marketing resource for our dealer organization.
Position duties will include performing marketing research on competitive branding programs and strategies and working with design team on advertising campaigns, assisting the Vice President Sales and Marketing with marketing programs and their promotion and measurement of programs, direct customer campaigns, parts promotion and campaigns, and brand marketing.
Essential Duties:
Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Design print ads and publications.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
Gather and analyze customer insight.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Engage customers on social media.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
Will be responsible to perform marketing research in conjunction with CLARK brand enhancement and promotion.
Assist in developing various marketing and parts merchandising programs and promoting them
Will assist the CLARK design team, engineering department and Sales team as needed on various tasks and projects
Will assist RSM, dealers and other sales personnel in enhancing sales presentations for potential customers to promote CLARK as needed an on a priority basis.
Will oversee the CLARK company merchandising store
Will be responsible for leading the company direction in representation at trade shows such as Promat, etc.
Must have the ability to interface with global CLARK affiliates and support a consistent global marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
College degree in Marketing, Business or Economics
Minimum of five years experience in a marketing department
Prior experience planning and managing trade show activities
Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft office programs as well efficient knowledge of Photoshop, Acrobat, Freehand; QuarkXPress; or related software.
Strong knowledge and experience with various social media , brand promotion and ability to create marketing campaigns
Strong business acumen and advanced presentation skills
Must have advanced communication skills both orally and written with all levels of personnel within the organization and dealerships
Team player with proven relationship building skills and influence without authority
Self Starter with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, stay organized and complete tasks within specific timelines
Must be able to establish and maintain dealer confidence.
Uses good judgment, has a high level of professional and ethical conduct
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely
