We want you to apply!Job Summary and Qualifications This position will require on call at least 5 times a month with rotating on call weekends. 30 minutes drive time max to hospital. 4/ 10 hour shifts. Mon-Fri general schedule for procedures. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Interventional Radiology Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing minimally invasive image-guided procedures. You'll work closely with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Assist with pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care in the IR suiteMonitor patient vitals and administer sedation as neededEducate patients and families about procedures and recoveryMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocolsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesPulling medications and transporting patientsStrong team working environment experience preferred What qualifications you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(RN) Registered NurseRegistered Nurse DiplomaCritical Care experience preferred and or Sedation experience HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center.
